Made online appointment and was seen upon my arrival. Excellent patient care by intake staff and physicians assistant was super knowledgeable, had me diagnosed with meds ... in/out 20 mins.

Called in late afternoon and made an appointment for 5pm the same day The staff was pleasant and professional. Paperwork was minimal and was escorted to a room to see doctor. The PA or Nurse was very concerned about our Covid symptoms and gave us a treatment plan verbally and in writing. After Our visit we went directly to the pharmacy to pickup our prescriptions and now are enjoying the relief from the prescriptions. The other option was going to the Hospital ER waiting 45 minutes to register only to wait longer to see the doctor. 2 hours later I’m already feeling the results and may go on a 3 mile run tomorrow morning. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. The process was smooth. The provider was kind, compassionate, very skilled, took the time to explain what the issue was, and then provided treatment. I felt that she truly cared about me, and I really appreciated it!
