“In midst of summer heat, AC wasn't blowing cool air. Called CW Air Conditioning, they were able to come the same day, but we scheduled 2 days later. Chris informed me that refrigerant was low, may have a leak. Sure enough, a few weeks later, AC wasn't cooling. Chris explained that he could fix the leak, but since the unit is 10 yrs old, I decided not to spend the money to repair it, and had a new unit installed, now I have a ten year warranty. “Our bathroom sink started leaking because it was so old, so I got under there to get it taken apart and replaced. I soon realized that I couldn't break the thing free, so I had to call Collins Commercial, our go-to Plumbers for years. Brian came over to help us get our sink fixed up and it took him no time. After being asked to check something else while here, he took the time to help us figure out why our shower wasn't sending all of the water up to the shower head-most of it was just coming out of the bath tub spout and going straight down the drain. He was totally accommodating and really helped us out since I basically had a 5gal bucket collecting our sinks drainage and our feet were on fire during every shower with all of the hot water coming out of the bath faucet.
