Our 9-year old AC system was progressively failing and the Summer heat was upon us.Kraig was one of several AC service/installation companies that we contacted and had inspect our AC for prospective repairs and replacement options.We had received a strong recommendation from my wife's boss regarding work that Kraig and his team had completed on an AC replacement. Along with the professionalism, knowledge, and insights that Kraig demonstrated, that recommendation put Superstition Cooling at the top of our list.All steps involving the new unit purchase, qualifying tax credits, warranty coverage, installation timeline, and project costs were explained clearly.Installation took less than a work day and Kraig and his assistant were careful and tidy during this massive task.We had a minor issue arise related to the existing dual-zone layout of our home AC. “The ac in my rv quit working and I was so glad that they came over to check it out right away, my rv's ac unit is known as a basement unit, it is on bottom of coach, they pulled it out and checked it all out, found that the control panel was faulty replaced it and installed unit back in and it's all good. “I have had my faith restored in T&K Electric. The company has been placed back in Tommy's capable hands which is the reason I used them in the first place for my solar install. After a few conversations with Tommy, we spoke of my issues concerning my solar install that were done under previous management while Tommy was out of country. He listened, did not make excuses and he did not shy away from the issues and took full accountability. Can't really ask for more from a person or company, very down to earth.
