There was also water damage to the wood walls from a leak in the softener. I called Emergency Flood Team to remove the mold. Arrianna contacted me within 10 minutes to schedule my same day appointment. She kept in contact with me to let me know when the crew was en route. The EFT crew was professional and efficient. They explained the process, removed the flooring, scrubbed the cement clean and treated the entire area with anti microbial.
