“When doing done home renovations on our newly purchased home, we came across some areas showing moisture and rot in the walls. Gateway Restoration was super responsive, and easy to work with, sending a tech out the very next day to investigate. Even though we only saw a couple of problem spots, he made sure to use his equipment to scan the whole house for any other evidence of moisture damage. He was extremely professional the whole time, explaining the process and his findings in each room. He was efficient in getting the issues taken care of and making sure he cleaned up after himself. Their office also followed up the next day to make sure everything was indeed taken care of and we were fully satisfied. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing any restoration services.“
