“Our flooring was beyond due for replacement and with our schedules, we didn't have the time to replace it ourselves. We had a good idea of what we wanted to do, and Amy helped with suggestions on how to get exactly what we wanted. From the initial measuring to install completion, everything was done within a month. They handled all of the scheduling for the demolition crew (dustless tile removal) and the two flooring crews (LVP install and carpet install) and the crews did great work. I feel like the pricing was fair and the communication was great. We're loving our new floors, thanks!“

“I’ve been meaning to do this review for a couple of weeks. OK Corral was recommended to us by a friend, and we reached out to have them come out for an estimate. Leon was there on time, as stated, gave us an estimate that we thought was fair, and got us scheduled for the date that fit our needs. Day of the scheduled service comes, and they were at our home early, and ready to get the job done. I, unfortunately didn’t get the name of the employee that performed our job, but he went above and beyond to get the job done, correctly, and in a timely manner. Job well done! We have recommended OK Corral to another friend, and will continue to do so. They have earned my business in the future!“

“We had Carlos and his crew out to do our shower and bathroom with white subway tile. They were very meticulous and did a great job. I was surprised that took so long, but the two-man crew was working hard the whole time and everything turned out great. They were able to advise us on certain aspects as to what would look best and suggest some things we hadn't thought of. We were going to install ourselves a vinyl plank floor as part of the project, but they asked if we wanted them to do it and suggested we add a cement board backer to the floor. They did a great job on that, too. It's all the little things that can make a remodel frustrating or not, and Baldosa did a great job with the details.“

Scylla from the Mesa, AZ store new exactly the flooring we were talking about and was able to find us our flooring on the east coast. Amazing customer service, we received a follow up call from her with delivery information the very next morning. She could have very easily told us it was not available because it would have taken extra work or it wasn't out of her store but she didn't. She aimed to please the customer!!! Very much appreciated and commendable.“

“Ocotillo replaced all of the floor and wall tile in 3 bathrooms and a large landing area and we are thrilled with the results. Working with their team was a great experience - they were polite, responsive and good listeners and communicators. They dealt with product pickup and delivery which took away a lot of stress and hassle. Shout out to Valeriee who was SO on it for the entire project - she handled the scheduling with our convenience in mind and kept me updated- super sweet and professional. Patricio our installer did beautiful, careful work, had invaluable suggestions, was incredibly tidy and just such a great guy. Highly recommend.“
