LL Flooring

We have purchased flooring from LL flooring prior and loved it. We have an addition that we really loved and wanted the previous flooring we had purchased. Scylla from the Mesa, AZ store new exactly the flooring we were talking about and was able to find us our flooring on the east coast. Amazing customer service, we received a follow up call from her with delivery information the very next morning. She could have very easily told us it was not available because it would have taken extra work or it wasn't out of her store but she didn't. She aimed to please the customer!!! Very much appreciated and commendable.

Daniel and his dad are the installers to come to redo the problems other installers did. Thank you, Daniel! A really great, professional and beautiful job done !!! I highly recommend them to install your floors!!!!

This review is specifically for this location and the staff that work there. Presumably this is reflective of the company too. This is not about the flooring that I purchased as it's not been installed.The staff are OUTSTANDING. They are incredibly easy to work with. Very accommodating and nothing seems to be too much trouble. They solved every problem and answered every question quickly and without an issue. I dealt with the same few people each time and they were all knowledgeable and helpful. I would rate them hands down far better than the bog box stores.
