We had an AC water leak in our attic and needed to see if we had black mold as a result. Our appointment was quickly scheduled, Josh arrived 15 minutes early and was incredibly polite, thorough and honest. We are VERY impressed with this company and will use them for future construction repair needs.

I called Lotus on a Sunday night because my AC was leaking into my Ceiling. Jill gave recommendations for HVAC Companies to fix the leak and had a Lotus crew to my house the next morning to clear out the damaged ceiling and to dry out the area.
