“I am a new resident in Mobile. I found this team on a neighborhood app. I called to get a tune up and check my 8 year old system. First visit my thermostat was replaced and the service gentleman gave me advice as to make the system run more efficiently. Recently, I had an issue with the Honeywell thermostat not shutting off and cycling properly. I called. They came out that afternoon. A different technician showed up and investigated my system. He said the coils need cleaned and got under my unit and cleaned it and the duct work also. He examined my vents and discovered one wasn't even blowing. He got in my low attic in the heat of the mid-day and discovered that there was duct tape that came undone. He taped that gap and advised me to keep me bedroom doors open. Right now, my system is super quiet and is keeping my home at 74 degrees! I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS FAMILY RUN COMPANY! KUDOS TO ALL SOUTH!“
