I have been very satisfied with Patco and the serviceman Jeremy for the last couple years he is always on time and he's very knowledgeable he has fixed things that no other air conditioner company could fix. And their prices are reasonable

Jon from Patco came by for his maintenance visit today. As always, he arrived on time & as always was professional and friendly. He also, as always, answerd all my questions in a way I can understand. I have a great appreciation for Patco & the folks they employ to help me keep my home comfortable and safe!

The service went very well. Jon inspected both units and did so efficiently. He cleaned the leaves from the outside units and reported no problems with either of the units. He did mention significant wear on the older unit, which was expected. Patco has always provided quality service for us and we shall continue to use them.
