Woke up this morning, Sunday. Inside temperature was 57 degrees. Furnace not working. We have a maintenance contract with Climate Control. They sent tech Joshua Howard to the rescue. Climate Control has always had excellent service, but Joshua just upped the bar. Very pleased customer. I always hope we never need to call, but if we do, we are requesting Joshua. Thanks

I have used Climate Control for all of my HVAC needs since moving to Fairhope about 4 years ago. Now that Climate Control is in the plumbing business, today I had the opportunity to use them to replace two hot water heaters! Josh and Dave did an amazing job of installing them. Not only were they efficient and timely, but both have such wonderful attitudes!
