While that may seem basic, not many home improvement and maintenance businesses commit to timeframes, somehow too many expect the customer to work on their schedule. Was able to talk with a real person who could say they could schedule me around lunch that day (again, this is before they even opened). Joe called and was enroute by about 10:30 AM. “Sam & David did an excellent job and he had to come back because of a leak. He stayed and tested the line numerous times. Even though we had a appointment for arrival between 8 to 10 am on Christmas Eve, someone sent him on an emergency job first without notifying us. I had to continue to call. We were upset about it because we felt that they should of sent someone else on the emergency call. We had plans and had to cancel them due to the arrival time. They didn't arrive until 1 pm. He and David stayed until after 5 to make sure the job was completed. Job well done even though Sam had to come back around 7 pm to fix the leak.“
