I always like to give a shout out to a great customer experience. We had an issue with an outdoor faucet and Garrett with Hoover Plumbing fixed it. I had to leave a message with my first call, and he called back within a few minutes and apologized for the delay. He set an appointment time and texted when he had to delay the repair due to pouring rain. He let me know he could come when the rain let up and finished the repair quickly. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve that left us without water to our house. A plumber from Hoover Plumbing was able to come out that day after just a few hours and fixed our issue in barely 15 minutes upon arrival. The plumber was very personable, and we were charged an extremely reasonable price, especially given that it was a holiday.
