This company knows quality, Jonathan just left after servicing our Mitsubishi Multi Zone system. Extremely professional with very reasonable pricing for the level of expertise needed to work on these systems. Highly recommend and will be recommending them to others who are looking for a ductless systems!
I had a new HVAC system installed in Pelham by Douglas Heating and Cooling yesterday. I couldn't be more impressed with the service and attention to detail I received from my installer Jamie and his helper. Every aspect of my system was improved. My drain line was extended and sealed and improved from the condition it was in from the original time the home was built in 1998. That was not a necessary part of the system install but care was taken to be sure everything connected with the system was in excellent shape. I appreciate the extra care above the standard system install taken to give me a system in perfectly installed condition.
I have been using Douglas Cooling & Heating (KS Services) for about 7 years. They are the only people I call for my service needs. They have worked on my AC and Generator and have never disappointed me. Technicians always explain the problem and they are always on time. Never have had a problem with anyone working there. In the future, I will need a new AC/Heat unit and they will be the company I call.Service: A/C system repair
