UPDATE: I spoke to the office manager Sierra yesterday. She was very nice. Informed me that they had tried a marketing firm to manage their contacts and now an automated system for contacting customers. She confirmed my contacts points, apologized and assured me this would be corrected. The person normally taking calls is out this week which explains the multiple contacts. Assuming this will be a permanent correction on the contact points & the fact that Sierra was very nice and genuine, I am changing my review to 5 stars.

Great seamless experience from start to finish. The technicians were knowledgeable and informed us how to use our system. Our whole family really loves the new water. We noticed a difference immediately in our skin and taste of the water with the reverse osmosis.

My experience with Aqua SystemsMs was great. The office staff immediately got me on the schedule for the same day. Austin knows his stuff and was a great help. He found the problem and corrected in a very timely manner. You have a great team and product.
