Jay came to talk to me and get the information he needed to give me a quote on work I need done at a house. He was polite, courteous and friendly. He didn't do any work, but said he'd call me in a few days with information.

We arrived home to a thermostat that was totally unresponsive, so no heat or air. It was predicted to be near freezing the next night. A call late in the afternoon resulted in a technician in our home the next morning. Frank, our technician, took care of our problem and was very professional.
