Over the years I have gotten to know Keith the owner, Karen, Carla, Emily in the office, and especially their devoted technicians Joe, Kevin, Tony, and Shay just to name a few (sorry to whoever I left out.) I have many stories I could tell about each and every one of them. Whether it was a weekend, middle of the night, hottest day of the year, or coldest. Little fixes or major installs. But if it’s more complicated than that, they do a great job of laying out options on when and how to most practically and economically tackle those scary problems with your system that may be bigger or more long term. This is the first (and probably last) review I’ve ever written about anything online. Joe was at my 87 year old Moms house til 10pm last night working to find and fix a leak in her system and get her cooling again. It made me realize that I should return the effort and tell everybody about my many great experiences with Bay Aire!“
