“I looked for several months for two rugs for adjacent rooms in my house before choosing Stu's Flooring. Some didn't loan out samples, some had limited selections, one had rugs of such poor quality that I wondered why they were in business. I waited in one showroom so long, that I opted to hang out only a bit longer to say goodbye. Joe confirmed what I was looking for, asked good questions, and suggested that I think a bit about what I wanted in 2 adjacent, but different rugs. When I returned a week later, having purchased an Oriental rug elsewhere, Joe pointed me to some neutral options. I left with good ideas and 6 sample boards. Now, three weeks later, I have a great rug, professionally serged edging, at the right price, in the perfect color. Why not 5 stars? I confess to being on the fence about it. I experienced some limited communication issues with the staff who answered the phone and reluctantly delivers messages. She could step it up a notch.“

“I had new carpeting and tile floors installed throughout my home. Nicole and Sam both made the selection process very easy. Sam was able to install the new flooring over the existing flooring, saving $$. The price was less than I was expecting and more than fair. This was a big job! There were different installers for the tile and carpet. The tile was installed on the first day. The carpet was installed on the subsequent two days. The installers were great. They only took a short lunch break and were at it all day each day. The furniture was carefully moved out and put back in place. They vacuumed the new carpet and swept up the new floors. They even swept the garage! If you need new flooring, I highly recommend Best Carpet. Thank you!“

“We cant speak highly enough about Ray Klein. Its refreshing to meet a master of his trade with the best set of business ethics I've witnessed in many years. He filed 3 of our rooms. One bathroom had grout that kept cracking. We called him. Wow, he was over to look at the rooms asap, came back a few days later and completely removed all grout in 2 rooms and redid it all. Bo charge and an apology for our trouble. I kept thanking him. Do yourself a favor and hire him with a trust and clear conscience, you've hired the BEST!“
