I am always intimidated by bringing in professionals to do a service in my home because I don't know much about what's available or even what a reasonable price is. Not with Ron & Russ. They explained everything so well and answered all of my questions. The work was done in a day and, of course, it turned out beautiful. Ron and Russ are the "go to guys" for any flooring purchase and installation. They were all kind, considerate, compassionate, and professional! It was actually pleasant.
