My review just after the work was done would have been higher. The floors looked good and I was happy with the team that came out. Less than a year later we ended up with a stain in the floor and when I called for advice how to fix and if they could help, I got the runaround. "I'll call you back within the hour..." and no response. Call back and told, "I'll call you after 3pm..." and no response. I left a voicemail the next day, no call. I ended up calling back again today and was told that there is nothing they can do, but redo the whole floor, and by the way, there is a large minimum price.

We have used Maxcare on four different properties now, and each time they are punctual, efficient, and very friendly. Tony is very likeable, and this last time Jesus did a perfect job sanding and staining and Will came in after for excellent clear coat(s).
