“Shout out to Ulla Eyewear! Recently bought two frames to replace a pair my dog had chewed. First, they repaired the frame so I had something to wear while the order was filled. Then they searched for an identical pair on EBay when it turned out the frame had been discontinued and was unavailable from manufacturer. When i decided to buy new franes, the selection of available frames was impressive- best in Madison. And the follow-up service was great while and after the orders were filled. The frames were pricey, but the quality and service make it worthwhile. Very pleased....“

“All of the staff at America’s Best are wonderful to work with. They were a little short staffed during my visit but everyone was apologetic and kind - this was also during the big Microsoft outage - which obviously wasn’t their fault. I was in and out of my total eye exam in less than an hour. I’ve been going here for several years and plan to continue to come back!“
“I've visited this Stanton Optical several times which has definitely solidified what I like and don't like.LIKES: I love the eye exam ala video chat. I always found it weird when an Optometrist would be going through "Option 1 or 2," all up in my face breathing on me. I like their use of technology. From using a tablet to fill out patient information to the eye exam itself. Love it! Also, for the most part, Stanton has decent prices for glasses but they have increased quite a bit over the past few years. Inflation, am I right?DISLIKES: Stanton's space is kinda meh. It's dim and doesn't always feel inviting. The wait time for new glasses and lenses has also gotten longer. My last order took two weeks to come back - I don't remember waiting that long in the past. Lastly, the Stanton employees are very friendly but there are very few. I think they operate on a skeleton crew. It makes me feel for the employees.“
