“I originally had written this as a 3 star review because I had a frustrating experience after I had left my appointment. However, I feel that the office communicated with me and was able to help me resolve those frustrations. What will remain the same across both reviews is that the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, and Dr. Kelley was very good as well. I would recommend this office to people in the Beloit area.“

“Dr. Hansen is fantastic, and very thorough. I highly recommend him for getting your eye exam and your prescription, forgot to mention his entire staff is fantastic very friendly. They make a great team. but getting the glasses through them was really expensive. I had to go elsewhere to get them.“

“Dr. Newcomb and all of his staff are the absolute BEST!!! I highly recommend this office! I did not have a long wait at all to see the Dr. They treat you like a person and not just a number. Ashley took extra time to help me pick out my frames and was definitely not attempting to \\\"over charge\\\" me as another review attempted to state, this is just simply not true. She even picked a lower priced frame as her favorite for me!“
