“The doctor my husband and I both seen at the Rockford location on 1/10/24 was extremely kind,and caring. She was very to the point, and we were able to tell her our needs and wants and she understood and helped us get the vision results we were looking for. In the end we both ended up with Either glasses prescriptions that were perfect or contact prescriptions as needed. Pricing was on par to local shops. They have a great selection of glasses, we worked we Sherri on ordering glasses and she took her time with us allowing us to look around take are time and get what we wanted. She explained our insurance benefits and made the process goes very smooth. The lady who helped check us in was very kind and sweet, she wished us a good day as we left and were all happy with the experience. -side note :my husband had issues with first set of trial Contacts doctor had him try and got him back in office right away when he called to inform of issue, he was able to be seen and she put him in contacts he had been in,in the past and he was very happy with the outcome.“

“My 95 year old mother broke the nose pad off of her glasses. She lives in a nursing home next door to Walmart. I ran over to the Walmart Vision Center on June 12th to see if they could repair them. The women behind the desk could not have been more kind or helpful. The pad was replaced quickly and my mom only went a short time without glasses. I was so impressed with the service that I will switch eye specialists!“
