Outstanding Service! I'm from another state and was traveling through the area when a screw popped out of my eyeglasses. I searched for a local optometrist and was lucky enough to find that Bilancio was nearby. She took the time to repair my eyewear and did not even charge for her efforts! Thank you so much!

Lisa has a knack for helping me find great looking glasses. I don't know how she does it. She kind of instantly knows what would look good on me. Over the years, I've gone to so many eye glass stores and no one comes close to her expertise. After purchasing glasses from Bilancio, strangers come up to me and say "I like your glasses". Wow.

I have been going to the same optometrist for years, spending loads of money on glasses and contacts. As I was unhappy with my latest glasses, I contacted Bilancio and am so happy I did. Learned my glasses were too small, the arms too short, the prescription too strong…..what else can go wrong? Well, I am now back into contact lenses with the correct prescription and glasses that FIT. My eyes are no longer constantly dry, I no longer have to constantly adjust my glasses when I wear them, and the freedom of contacts is a life changer. Thanks Lisa and Lance!! You have a customer for life!
