“We have had a great experience with Elite. From start to finish they have made sure everything was done correctly. What was a call to just have a leak fixed turned into so much more. Ryan was the one who pointed out that our house never had house wrap! Our project was not simple, as we needed full sheathing replacement and new insulation before they could even get to the house wrap and finally the Hardie siding. “Abby Home made the entire process of replacing an old patio door painless. From the initial visit to the installation. We were told what to expect and that’s what we got. When we need new windows I know who we’ll be calling.“

“This review has 2 parts. We had a massive front (window 8'x9') that was leaking after a storm in July 2024. RBA was able to come out quickly and we appreciated that. We decided to replace that window and 3 others. We were impressed with the selection and the ability to match our homes wood interior trim. We were not impressed with the high-pressure sales and the inability to have a day or two to consider pricing without losing a 10% "efficiency" reward, which with this project was significant. Once we signed, the dates initially given at our consultation were not what happened and it was November before the windows were installed. RBA simply stated they were within the contract so there was no problem and our sales rep "misspoke". They also state they only use inhouse installers, but our team was contracted. They were very, very good and we had no complaints, but not one of RBA crews. The install went well and was completed in 2 days. We had two relatively minor glitches with the windows- 2 missing trim pieces and a sash on a bedroom window that needed repair. The two techs, Lance and Loren, did a great job and were very helpful. Today 1/29/25 those tasks are complete.

5+ stars for the product, installation and minor warranty work that had to be done after installation. 2.5-3 stars for sales and process to get the windows and get installed and the ability to communicate where our windows were in process.

We will use RBA again, the product is outstanding, but we now have a better idea of what to expect for the process and how to adjust our expectations.“

I wasn’t sure at first if I would buy with them but after meeting with Justin and having him explain everything to my understanding and having the patience to show me everything that will be done, I decided to go with him. Excited for the new windows and doors coming soon! Great sales person! Just got my new windows and doors installed almost a week ago. I am thrilled! Shawn and the rest of installers were very polite. Kept me informed, answered all my questions and were very good to clean up after finishing and showing me how everything works. “The design to install process was a breeze! The only thing to be improved was that the installer took our fixtures and curtain rod. We wished they would have checked with us because we had plans to reuse. Savvy and Mark were extremely helpful. We appreciated the kindness and they always followed through. “My house was built in 1890. I knew I would have some challenging big windows to replace. Not only did the Windows turn out fantastic but when an issue arose with one of the windows, rather than just try to make the one that was customized for the spot fit, they remeasured it and are remaking the window and bringing it back. That may sound like they didn’t measure it upright, the first time. However, if you saw the way my windows need to fit in my house you would be amazed that only one did not fit! I appreciate that they are taking care of it the way it should be done! Well done guys!!“
