From the google search to find a Blind repair shop. Bayview returned call promptly, gave me all the information that I needed. Ken Davis at front desk was excellent at getting me the help I needed. They repaired my draw cord on the spot. A excellent price. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Tim the repairmen explained everything. I would highly recommend them.
From the design consultation with Janelle to the installation (faster than expected!) with Kevin and Evan, our experience was outstanding. Janelle was very informative and showed us a ton of options without overwhelming us with details and minutia, and her measurements were spot on. Then when Kevin and Evan came over for the installation they were efficient, personable and made sure all the coverings were installed properly and went over the upkeep. We wanted the best as we plan to be in our home for a long time and a GC friend recommended Bay View Shade & Blind, and he was spot on.
