“After checking out their booth at a County Fair over the summer, I was impressed by Exterior Pros and their offerings - specifically for roofing which we were considering replacing. Set up an appointment for the following week (in August) with Mike S. He walked us through our different options and was willing to answer all our questions and run a couple scenarios for quotes. We met again a couple weeks later to commit on one option. Exterior Pros would have come out to do it in November (only about 2 months later), but we requested it for April for our own reason. No problem, they were happy to be flexible.Come April, they notified of us their intent to come out and gave us several options for a day to come out and do the roof tear-off and replace. Took a single day and there was minimal debris in the year. (By comparison, my neighbor did a roof replace the previous year and we found debris in our yard for months afterwards!).There was some minor bubbling of the gutter protectors once it heated up enough in May. I gave them a call to ask about it and they had someone come out a couple days later. The service call fixed up the issue the same day and I have not had any issues since then.New roof looks great. Had a smooth experience with all individuals that I spoke with during all steps of the process. I definitely recommend Exterior Pros and plan to contact them for future housing projects.“

Very thorough communication, professional crew, and the roof looks amazing! They even worked with us to install some insulation on our second floor while the roof was off. We felt respected and valued through the whole process and every question or concern we had was met with care and thorough information. As a bonus, Kelly has a good eye for color for the indecisive among us - the color we went with was not on our original list but he showed it to us thinking it was a good match. We also had the back door repaired. The Rough section around the door was gapped & he repaired the door & all we had to do was stain that area. He also adjusted the Screen door. It was sticking. I will hire them again. I have another small project for them to do.“
