He gave me a ride to the tire shop and was friendly and extremely pleasant to talk to. Largely thanks to his super quick service, Firestone was able to fit me in before closing and I was able to get home instead of spending the night in a hotel!

There's an order and a timing that must be followed for a successful final product, and Sam gets that. The crew was great, they produced quality craftsmanship, they were respectful of mine and my neighbor's property, they communicated issues that arose, and they cleaned the site at the end of each workday. The best part was the installation of the LP Smart Side was installed correctly, where unlike some other contractors I have hired, I didn't need to follow after them and fix their mistakes.
Great work by Jon Baucom's team! We had a main water pipe break inside our facility and within 2 hours of the service call Jon's team was onsite starting the mitigation process! His team worked countless hours for over a week getting our facility dry and safe so we could start the restoration process!

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and it's such a clean and cool studio. Mr. Sorce has done a great job with his establishment and has been a mainstay in downtown South Milwaukee for decades.

Let me start off by saying nobody likes to go to the dentist. Nobody! However if you have to go to the dentist, you should choose Bright Smiles. The staff there is efficient, courteous, accommodating and friendly. It feels like a genuine family dentist. And for my family, it truly is. Dr. Sarah is an expert dentist. She handled a weird and frightening dental issue I had with a calm professionalism that put me at ease. When I had to come back to have the work tweaked a bit, she did so at no charge. I always feel confident that my dental health and that of my family is in good hands here. They are excellent with my 6 year old. They always review good habits with her, and do a thorough exam, that doesn't hurt or scare her. She looks forward to her visits to Bright Smiles. No fear or trepidation whatsoever. And to me, this is a sign of a wonderful dental practice.
