“Right Choice Improvements was so easy & seamless to work with for our new roof due to hail damage this past April. We worked with Miguel, Jeff & Enrique all professional and answered any questions. Miguel walked us through the full process and met with our insurance adjuster together to both go over thr damage. Made it very easy ad the homeowner and not much work for us! “There was sewage back up in my basement last week and I called 911 Restoration. I was very pleased to speak with the manager who was concerned that I not only got the sewage removed immediately but that I had consulted a plumber to address the core problem. They were able to respond that evening (called at 5.00 pm and crew was there at 6:30 pm). The two men working on the job were very professional and performed a thorough job. Both were very knowledgeable about the products they were using and advised me to discard those items damaged by the water. In fact, they took away those items so I didn't have to discard them myself.“

I think these guys actually care about the customer because I used another firm before them, and they always skipped so much. These guys are the exact opposite. The technicians are great, thorough and help me with everything needed whenever I need it, even after hours.Last week I had an emergency and they totally took care of my tenant and the carpet in all the bedrooms where there were stains from the Kid's friends during a birthday party.
