The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable.The Optometrist was very polite and took the time to hear my story and provide additional helpful informationI came in to update my prescription and order contacts. The whole process was great. Everything was explained to me before doing each test.He picked out the perfect contacts for me to try out and I walked out with what I needed.I'm making an appointment for my 10 month old. Apparently they do free infant exams for babies 8 to 12 months old!“

“I’ve been going to this ShopKo location since they opened, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing an eye exam or a new eye prescription. Dr. Lance Engdahl is fantastic, and has bent over backwards with my odd vision trying to find me something that works, whether it was an early eye exam, or replacing lenses I recently got but after a few weeks still weren’t quite doing the job; at no cost to me. The staff is also wonderful is well.“

“I've visited this Stanton Optical several times which has definitely solidified what I like and don't like.LIKES: I love the eye exam ala video chat. I always found it weird when an Optometrist would be going through "Option 1 or 2," all up in my face breathing on me. I like their use of technology. From using a tablet to fill out patient information to the eye exam itself. Love it! Also, for the most part, Stanton has decent prices for glasses but they have increased quite a bit over the past few years. Inflation, am I right?DISLIKES: Stanton's space is kinda meh. It's dim and doesn't always feel inviting. The wait time for new glasses and lenses has also gotten longer. My last order took two weeks to come back - I don't remember waiting that long in the past. Lastly, the Stanton employees are very friendly but there are very few. I think they operate on a skeleton crew. It makes me feel for the employees.“
