“I was looking to renovate my fullbath in my 30 year old home. I was looking to get rid of the tub thinking it was old but the salesman informed me that the tub was actually in great condition and I could save a lot of money keeping the tub. So we decided to do the shower siding and the rest of the bathroom. Few weeks go by the contractors show up put it all together and I could not be more impressed with the quality of there work. The contractors were quick, friendly and punctual. The bathroom itself is like a whole new room now. I will definitely be recommending tight seal to my friends and family.

We needed a new tub in our guest bathroom The assessment and scheduling was flawless with Tightseal, even during a busy season. Tight seal completed the renovation of the tub and shower quickly as well as the replacement of the vanity. The tub and shower job was perfect and they took extra steps to assist with the repair from the demolition associated with the vanity. Additionally, they replaced several of the corroded pipes in this bathroom, of which we were unaware of and saved us time on getting a separate plumber and water damage in the future. This company actually cares about there customers and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I intend to use them again for the next bathroom remodel and outer door replacement.“

“We have had a great experience with Elite. From start to finish they have made sure everything was done correctly. What was a call to just have a leak fixed turned into so much more. Ryan was the one who pointed out that our house never had house wrap! Our project was not simple, as we needed full sheathing replacement and new insulation before they could even get to the house wrap and finally the Hardie siding. “This review has 2 parts. We had a massive front (window 8'x9') that was leaking after a storm in July 2024. RBA was able to come out quickly and we appreciated that. We decided to replace that window and 3 others. We were impressed with the selection and the ability to match our homes wood interior trim. We were not impressed with the high-pressure sales and the inability to have a day or two to consider pricing without losing a 10% "efficiency" reward, which with this project was significant. Once we signed, the dates initially given at our consultation were not what happened and it was November before the windows were installed. RBA simply stated they were within the contract so there was no problem and our sales rep "misspoke". They also state they only use inhouse installers, but our team was contracted. They were very, very good and we had no complaints, but not one of RBA crews. The install went well and was completed in 2 days. We had two relatively minor glitches with the windows- 2 missing trim pieces and a sash on a bedroom window that needed repair. The two techs, Lance and Loren, did a great job and were very helpful. Today 1/29/25 those tasks are complete.

5+ stars for the product, installation and minor warranty work that had to be done after installation. 2.5-3 stars for sales and process to get the windows and get installed and the ability to communicate where our windows were in process.

We will use RBA again, the product is outstanding, but we now have a better idea of what to expect for the process and how to adjust our expectations.“

“The design to install process was a breeze! The only thing to be improved was that the installer took our fixtures and curtain rod. We wished they would have checked with us because we had plans to reuse. Savvy and Mark were extremely helpful. We appreciated the kindness and they always followed through.
