A gym with soul.I am staying in Milwaukee for a month, and have been going to FitPro for a few weeks. There is something about Nick, the owner, that seems to attract good folks. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve met the most knowledgeable, generous, centered people. There is a lot of fighting equipment and space (boxing ring, punching bags, etc). I’m told the personal trainers there are incredible.This is not a place with tons of bells and whistles. No tanning beds or hydro massage tables, luckily for your wallet. It’s got plenty of basic cardio, fight, and weight equipment. And it’s got a great feel. It’s definitely THE gym I’d belong to if I lived in Milwaukee. Check it out!!“

Lacy was attentive and responsive to my requests. The massage relieved pain and restored my range of motion. The studio space was clean, comfortable and calming. Services are reasonably priced. I'll be back!“

The space is so comforting and inviting.When you walk into the door from the street you need to walk down a hallway and up some flights of stairs to reach the studio (follow the signs). It seems like there must be an elevator available if needed, but I didn’t see it. The metalwork sculptures in the building are very cool to look at as well. Overall great experience!“
“These are the best yoga classes I've had in Milwaukee. Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and classes are free of judgement. Instructors meet everyone at their level and provide corrections with a focus on safety. Other classes I have been to have forced through yoga flows without much concern to the needs of their students. Here is the complete opposite. I have never felt as if we were being rushed through poses or pressure to get an instructors "ideal routine" down. Several times instructors have pivoted and changed their original plans for the lesson to meet the needs of their students. It was refreshing and this type of environment allows for true growth in yoga.If you're looking to learn and grow in all aspects of your yoga practice, this is the place for you. It is not "just a workout class."“

The instructors were warm and welcoming and you could sense that they were very experienced - they had the quiet yogi presence. My first class was super intense because I didn’t hydrate very well prior, but I did the second class and it flowed and was super challenging but also expanding. I’ve take other types of yoga over the years and Bikram is a different animal! I think I might be addicted ?“

“I joined HOTWORX in January and have been going consistently ever since. I’m not one who has always been super motivated to workout, but HOTWORX changed that for me, I genuinely look forward to going every morning. Their workouts are great because they are lead by a virtual instructor which is what I need. When there are days when I don’t have a lot of time for a workout, I can go and do one of their 15 minute HIIT classes and I still feel great afterwards, then I can get back to my busy day. The staff are so friendly and always remember me by name. It’s a positive environment anytime that I go. I contemplated joining for sooo long, and I am so glad that I did. I don’t particularly love lifting weights, so this was a great choice for me. But, on days when I want to use weights, they have that option as well! Highly recommend joining.“
