We had a really nice experience in Belle’s restorative class. The space is so comforting and inviting.When you walk into the door from the street you need to walk down a hallway and up some flights of stairs to reach the studio (follow the signs). It seems like there must be an elevator available if needed, but I didn’t see it. The metalwork sculptures in the building are very cool to look at as well. Overall great experience!

Great place with a lot of teachers with a variety of styles! My favorite classes are Jason's Strong Flow at 5:30 on Friday and Marietta's Friday class at noon. Really personable staff. They also are a school for certifying Yoga instructors. If you're considering a Yoga Teacher Training program in Milwaukee, this place rocks! We had many guest speakers with different expertise in the training I graduated from this past April. We learned a little about Kirtan, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Ayurveda, Prenatal Yoga and much more on top of all the other basic things you need to know to be a great Yoga teacher during this training (like sequencing. First yoga class! I will for sure be returning! Great qualified instructors were very patient but also pushed me to do my best. A very large selection of essential oils are available for all students to use before classes. Great studio spaces but a little confusing to find the first time. Go early to give yourself time to navigate, as it's in a shared office building and the studios are on separate floors. ‍ give yourself time to find parking as well. Their 10-4-10 deal cannot be beat! Love this peaceful studio with a wide range of classes for every level!
