Saffron yoga is an ultra chill yoga studio in one of the most magical places in Bay View. You can get a complete tune up here. All the yoga classes offered are great. I’ve never been disappointed with a workshop or instructor. It’s so affordable, there’s no excuse not to go. You don’t even need to bring a mat. Saffron is great place for slow yin. If you’ve never done yoga, this is an ideal place to start. No judgement and lots of peace.

Saffron Yoga is a friendly & welcoming yoga center. The classes tend to be more on the gentle therapeutic side of things. The teachers are excellent, and it's one of the most affordable studios in town.

I love Saffron. I started coming here about a month ago when I found the motivation to start practicing yoga again. I picked Saffron over other studios closer to my home because they share a space with other restoratively healing centers I was already visiting; because their instagram game is killer and alluring; and because the practitioners work to make themselves open and accessible to all in the community. I have kept coming to Saffron because of all those reasons and more.
