“I love Dr Heinecke and the staff!! My dad recommended and he was so right! Very knowledgeable, professional and an demeanor that is laid back and professional. Staff as well they know insurances, and paying out of pocket making everything an easy process! Nice selection of frames..i wanted to gatekeep but they are awesome“
“First time seeing an eye doctor is quite awhile. Had a really great experience with Dr Schneider and the team!“
“Very professional and comprehensive eye exam. Dr. Petrou is very personable and answered all my questions.“
“I had a wonderful experience here yesterday! My visit with Dr. Kopczyk was seamless and thorough - she and her assistant gave me a comprehensive view into my ocular health and my new prescription. Devon, the optician and stylist, was a pleasure to work with - he helped me find a pair of glasses I love and was entirely transparent about pricing and features. I'm definitely coming back!“
“I had the absolute BEST experience at this store!!! Tracy, Adam, & Alyssa were so kind and so very helpful. I would highly recommend going to this store if you’re looking for expertise and great customer service!“
“Jocelyn was extremely helpful navigating insurance and was wonderful to work with! Thank you!!“
“Once again Josh & Penny have saved me from certain doom, or at least blindness.
Over 20 years ago, I noticed really cool
people were getting their glasses here, young and old, well off or not.
As an independent local business it’s a great place to take your business. Not just because of the low prices on authentic designer frames—their customer service is legendary!
True story: 8 years ago my car was stolen with my purse in it. The thieves came into Quality looking to order replacement lenses for my glasses (because they were *that* cool). Penny recognized my frames, checked the rx, and confirmed they were mine. She then proceeded to offer the villains another frame— on her!—in order to get my glasses back to their rightful owner.
You don’t find that at Target’s optical counter.
Time and time again like Batman & Robin this duo has come through in vision emergencies. You won’t be disappointed!“
“Very reasonable. Great customer serviceDr. HULEN IS SO FUNNY AND ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE“
“The front staff were nice. The Dr. Was very informative and efficient. Not a long wait at all.“
“I had a very positive experience here, I came for a new patient visit and was really blown away by the customer service, from the front desk to the optometrists. This has probably been the best experience I've ever had regarding my eyewear (as someone who has had both glasses and contacts for over 20 years). Wouldn't look to go anywhere else!“
“In the current climate of often indifferent or even outright rude customer service, working with someone as attentive, friendly and helpful as Bela was a true pleasure. Whatever she’s making, it’s not enough. Thank you, Bela!“
“The cashier or receptionist is beyond rude and shouldn't have a job working with the public. The Dr. is fine but the support staff is pathetic and badly needs to be taught people skills ( if Helen Keller can be taught maybe someone can teach this staff), also the glasses that you pay for here can be found online at a tenth of the cost, all you need is your prescription. I get that they need people with low intelligence to work for the low wages this company pays (which is still a massive overpayment even for these underskilled "workers").“
“I have gone here for years for vision exams and contact fittings. Very professional and friendly.“
“I have gone to Hersolf for years. It's a family thing my mom started. God rest her soul. I had my appointment last week. Had a wonderful experience, considering I had to park around the corner. I am a 45-year-old woman who walks with 2 canes until I get both hips replaced so I don't move very fast at all. I was hurting pretty bad today, but I had to take my 12-Year-old for her eye exam. I sat and picked up my glasses which were ready way faster than I expected. Once she was called back for her exam, I didn't realize I needed to go into the little room with her. She came back and got me. I said in a jokingly manner as I was crippling on back there "if he doesn't speak to me, I'm going to be mad." I honestly didn't think what was about to happen was going to happen. Everyone there is usually very nice. If they are not laughing when I come in, they will be by the time I leave. That's the type of personality i have. The happy to be alive personality. I made it to the room and sat down. We had a mix-up with our info last time, so he stepped out the room to clear it up, basically wanted to make sure he had the right person in his chair which is understandable. He came back into the room, sat down, wrote some stuff on the paper in her chart and started the exam. I'm not a rude person so I didn't interrupt him to say hello while he was taking care of that. I was waiting. Unfortunately, when he got done writing he turned around and started the exam. He basically didn't even acknowledge me. I looked at him the whole time waiting, just waiting for him to say hello and he didn't say not 2 words to me. Once he got her prescription together you would think he would have talked to me about her prescription and how it didn't change much, but no he turned his back to me to explain it to the child. That's how I noticed the back pocket of his pants was hanging out. He sat back down; I was still looking at him waiting for a hello I'm Dr. Whoever, still nothing. I got up and proceeded to walk out but not before expressing to him that his bed side manner sucked. How he had me come in the room and then not say anything to me. Of course, he got offended. First it was he don't like being judged. He said that because I told him I stared at him the whole appointment waiting for him to speak. Then he said He forgot to speak. I told him you didn't forget to speak, you're the one who had her to come get me. Then he said I'm not here to see you I'm here to see her. Well boom, there goes the real reason. He felt like he didn't need to speak. I was a nobody to him. I unfortunately wasn't raised that way. You're supposed to speak to people. So, I told him you didn't speak to me on purpose, and you haven't been speaking to people all morning because if you had, somebody would have told you that your back pocket is hanging out sir. I usually don't repeat myself but this time it was warranted. So, I told him again your bedside manner sucks, you didn't speak to me, and haven't spoken to anybody else either or someone would have told you your back pocket is hanging out. Your bedside manner sucks and I don't care what you say. That rude doctor name is Dr. Monte and from now on when I make my appointments, I will be sure to find out if he's going to be there on that day. That is one person who I don't even care to share the air with. I dare not say he racist because he was very good with My daughter during the exam. However, that is his job. I just don't understand how a person who works with the public can be so dismissing of a human being. when I tell you he made me feel like I was a piece of furniture that didn't compliment a room. Why did I even need to go back there as a parent/guardian if he wasn't going to treat me like one.“
“Tonya L was great with everything and all the info and pricing very professional and friendly.“
