The day of my exam was not my finest visit. I understand there is an optomitrist shortage in Wisconsin, but when I called to speak with someone they never returned my call about my concerns. The intrium doctor was my first issue with this company. Hopefully the permanent doctor will have a better bedside manner.“

“I purchased a very high quality lens with all the extras and took advantage of a buy one get one offer from the manufacturer. In the end I purchase 2 sets of glasses and absolutely love them. Initially I did not take advantage of the offer and later decided to do so. They happily worked it out for me. A defect in one of the frames was cause to return and they again happily ordered me a new set of frames and installed them. I am super happy with their service and my glasses. Robin was the individual who served me and she was very patient and helped me decide on frames that are perfect for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
