A note card is given in case you forget to sign up within 24 hours.The PA Kate and nurse that I saw were very professional and courteous. I don't like being told when I'm being poked with a needle, so the nurse told me what to expect and complied with my request to go when she was ready. PA Kate took a sample and was super nice about me asking not to say when she was cutting. She faked me out, and before I knew it, the procedure was over.PA Kate clearly stated the care plan and made sure I agreed.“
