I have been going to Leah for my brows for years - I won't let anyone else touch them. I moved down to FL and am still hoping to have Leah do them whenever I am in town. Thanks for being my go-to brow girl!!
Came here for the first time. Ladies were super sweet and helpful. I was completely clueless and they helped me navigate on what to get and what to avoid. Definitely made me feel good in my skin as well.
Shopping wise, 5/5. Cleanliness, 5/5. Customer services, 2/3.Was in the line by myself, for about 5 minutes. 4 of the employees, along with a manager, were in the back of the cashier, chit-chatting. 2 of them saw me waiting but didn’t approach me at all. The manager saw me but didn’t say a single thing, and I got very impatient until the manager finally said something to one of the employees and said “Can you go help the customer?” One employee acted like she didn’t see me, like cmon. Yall could have done that in the first place, instead of acting stupid, and now yall already are lol. Seriously. ?
