“The eye Drs at lakeshore eye professionals are bar none. 3 of my children have been treated for lazy eye with Dr Jay and Dr German. They communicate clearly what they are doing at all times and make the eye exam an easy process. My youngest child in glasses was only 4 when he began treatment and with his special needs with adhd and his anxiety they worked well with him. Over the years we have seen Dr German for continued care and he is patient and very calm in his practice. The once 4 year old is now 15 and we will continue care as long as our eyes need it. One of my children needed to see a retina specialist and the office worked with us to get her scheduled at that office. With insurance changes we have gone sporadically to other optometrists and ophthalmologists but the care we received elsewhere just doesn't compare to lakeshore. “I had sudden onset right eye blurred vision with increased central floaters , As a physician i was worried about early retinal detachment and knew i needed to get in urgently . I got on Metro Eye website and scheduled the first available appointment the next AM . That alone is amazing to have urgent slots in AM. I had never been to Metro Eye,but was able to get in the next day @ 8:20 AM. Dr.Amy Jankowski is an absolute winner 10/10 in every aspect. - Friendly -extremely through history and examination - knowledgeable -great staff =pleasant and thorough -on time -excellent listener and communicator. I have been practicing Neurology for over 3 decades and I can tell you from experience that Milwaukee is lucky to have such an outstanding eye doctor. I came here for an emergent situation , but Dr.Jankowski has won my allegiance for life.“
