Cathy H was SO incredible. The lab has messed up my triathlon goggles but Cathy made sure we could get an alternative set in time for my race. She went above and beyond to think outside the box and take care of me. I really felt like she was invested in me as a customer and she did more than I expected to get me my glasses. She’s a rockstar and I cannot say enough good things about her customer service skills. Thanks Cathy!!

I can see clearly now! Thank you to Dr. JOEL BAISDEN. I left my exam feeling heard and assured. Grateful for the best prescription I’ve ever gotten. After 25 years of needing glasses, I finally got what I was looking for.I’ve never been completely satisfied with a prescription for glasses, until now. Exceptional service all around!

I absolutely love love this eye doctor. I’ve been with Dr.Baisden since 1999. I am never going to another eye doctor. Dr. Baisden is the best eye doctor I know. His staff is also amazing. Cathy helped me with my glasses and contacts. She is best. She goes above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted that’s what you call customer service
