I have always been wary of going to the dentist because of past negative experiences, and had been putting it off for some time, but I got a very positive recommendation for Modern Touch Dental so I decided to give it a go. Let me say, this is an incredible dentist office! The dental hygienist- John- was so kind and explained everything to me, he was so gentle and made the experience so calming and not stressful whatsoever! John showed so much care for me, and did not rush through the appointment whatsoever. Dr. Mccdonald was also extremely kind and reassuring and he went through my treatment plan with extreme detail. I could not recommend Modern Touch anymore- everyone there was so kind and my teeth feel amazing!

Have you recently been to a dentist office where it feels like you're on a conveyer belt, never see the same dentist or hygienist more than once and they have no idea who you are?! Well, DARLING DENTAL IS NOT THAT. Darling Dental reminds me of when I was a kid and your dentist is your dentist. I had a filling from another provider fall out and didn't want to go back to that office. Enter Dr. Darling! He took great care in explaining what he was planning to do and why before, during and after the procedure. He and his hygienist worked together like true pros. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and most importantly, not a in rush to get me in and out. I felt very taken care of and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to establish long term dental care in the North Shore!

Best thing I’ve ever done!!! I waited to write this since having permanent eyeliner done in January right before having lasik and wanted to see with my corrected vision. I’ve been wanting to do this for at least seven years and when I decided to have Lasik, I decided to do this right before as you cannot wear makeup after you have Lasik for about a week. I reached out to Rosie and I am so glad I did because it is incredible. I only wish I had done it sooner! First, Rosie is the sweetest soul, but more than that she is an incredible artist that listened to what I wanted and made it a reality. I wouldn't change a thing. Every morning I wake up and look in the mirror and feel amazing. I had her do a conservative liner that is very natural looking yet gives me a nice look before I even apply any makeup. I love it!!! The straps of my dress were too tight, he was able to loosen then so I could wear the dress comfortably. Took about 4 days, very fair price. Will go back in the future for additional tailoring!

I was new to the Milwaukee area and found My Pet's vet on what I call The Night of the Bloody Paw. One of my cats was periodically bleeding from one of her paws, and I couldn't find where.
This is an independent vet business, and I prefer to do business with independents because I feel like my animals get better care. I did call 3 or 4 other independent businesses before My Pet's Vet, but none of them were taking new patients. This place is a little farther away from me but they were independent and had room for new parients, so I emailed over the medical records for this cat and she was seen either that evening or the next. This was 2 years ago, so I've forgotten some of the details.
They found the claw causing this issue, treated it with kindness and care, and we set up appointments for my cats to get their checkups.
I have senior cats with senior cat medical issues and Dr. Beatty and his team have been wonderful at helping my furry friends live out their golden years as happy and healthy as possible.
This business does see all manner of pets beyond dogs and cats: guinea pigs, lizzards, rabbits, etc. I think there is only one exam room, so there are no long waits in a room full of other animals that could be distressing for the next patient. As of this review, they don't take pet insurance.
Other nice things:
They're very responsive to emails. They even do follow-up emails if your pet is sick, on a new medication, or something to see how it's going.
They have their own parking lot.
They have an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp and landing.
This business is in a house which is fitted for a business, so it has a comfortable, relaxing feel to it that both me and my animals enjoy.
My animals see the same vet and techs every time, and they are able to keep up on who they are and what they need.
This business works with other independent businesses if your pet has or would benefit from some medical care not provided here. The same cat from the beginning of this review received an ECG at this location from a traveling specialist.
Closing note: at the start of 2024 I adopted another senior cat. This one has hyperthyroidism and came to me with coccidia. I adopted another senior with needs because I felt I had the vet support I needed with My Pet's Vet. She's doing great now, too. ?
I see Amber for regular massages, and she’s helped me overcome neck pain that I suffered with for years! What she does with massage and cupping helped me way more than chiropractors I’ve seen. Perfect blend of relaxing but also results driven!
Jeff Frank has done a fantastic and thorough job with my family and I’s taxes for over a decade. He’s also helped me navigate complex tax situations such as foreign tax credits and child / dependent tax claims. I strongly recommend

Recently had a first time experience at this derm office, and it was a pleasurable one. Let's be honest, no one ever looks forward to any kind of medical visit, but I'd happily recommend this dermatology to anyone. This location was easy to find, located right off Port Washington. It was very clean and well-kept, making it welcoming upon arrival. They made it easy to book an appointment online and fill out necessary paperwork ahead of time as well. I waited in the lobby maybe 10 minutes or so past my appointment time, but sounds like they were ironing out some kinks as it was one of the doc's first days in this office. I saw Dr. Hill and boy was she enjoyable. So often, doctors seem in a hurry or that they're flying through patient to fit everyone in, but Dr. Hill really took the time to sit and chat with me. She was thorough and just very friendly. Appreciated the helpful visit!

I was a recent widow. A dear friend invited me to visit Laurel Oaks. Now, I have made Laurel Oaks my home. Now I have many friends who greet me every morning at exercise, or the coffee klatch. We have excursions on the bus to museums and other spots of interests. We have movies, a poetry club, a book club. The meals are delicious. The people including the staff are all lovely. They are all my friends now.
This team is AMAZING! They are so friendly both to the animals AND their parents. I had to bring in my big guy yesterday for an issue I had never experienced with any of my dogs before. They were so kind and thorough and helpful. They explained what they were going to do, why, and how it would help. They even told me there were optional treatments on the invoice that we didn't have to do (I did them, they helped my buddy). I asked about preventative measures and they explained how this event could have happened. They really helped to set my dog-mom heart at ease!
After Tucker had his procedure, he greeted me in the room and then happily greeted his Dr as well. I was SHOOK and that alone let me know how well they took care of my boy. I paid less than half of what I was expecting to, AND they have a great refer-a-friend program. I'm so thankful to this amazing team and my roomies for suggesting them! As long as I live in or near Milwaukee, my pets are coming here!

Absolutely love this location. I don't live in Wisconsin full-time but every time I get a work assignment in Milwaukee I make sure to get the week membership. So clean, so easy, tons of equipment and even a sauna. Hallelujah!
I went to Ulta to look for a hairstyling blower/ brush like the Revlon model that I owned that had recently “died”. This was the 2nd one that died on me.
The customer service was awesome! Janiie was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the differences between the many brands. She had answers to all of my questions and seemed eager to help. She was both personable and patient. In addition.
Janiie made me aware of discounts that were available.
My experience was totally enjoyable. I left with a new brand feeling very satisfied. Jannie is most definitely a great asset to the store.

I was very impressed with Dr. Spiedel and her nurse Dee Dee. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are genuinely concerned about their patients and in making the dreaded doctor visit as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Dr. Spiedel. The receptionist at check in was very nice too .

I know, why the doctor wants to put a crown on two of my teeth that are broken, but I don’t know why he wants to put the other two crowns in my mouth. So I need that explained to me.
