I've boosted my review. The phone situation appears to be resolved with prompt call handling. My doctor changed to Arianna Elmquist due to a retirement of my former doctor. She is terrific. Great chair-side manner: patient, friendly and kind. Of course, I was sedated when she performed her great work. But the post-op is almost as if nothing happened. With my implant in place, zero post-op pain, neat and tidy sutures job, and I look forward to getting the all-clear in a few weeks for the cap to be placed by my dentist.
Amazing work professional from the receptionists all the way to Dr. Smith at the Glendale location, who performed the work quickly, painlessly and calmly. I was very nervous before the procedure but during and after felt very calm and satisfied. Highly recommend.
Excellent service & timing from the phone message I left to their return call. Amazing compassion and ability to work together with our schedules to get me in asap due to much pain. Each person from checking in to assistants to doctor J Smith was great. Highly recommend this team!
