I filed for V.A. Disability in 2023 and my claim was rejected. I went to my local VSO to make an appointment, and I was told that the wait to see someone was 2 months. I contacted a couple of law firms and even though they said my claim was valid, no one would take my case. I was referred to Tabak law and they said they could represent me. My contact person Randy was very courteous and professional. The firm sent an e-mail for me to sign and disclosed all their legal fees upfront along with other information. My appeal was filed immediately and about 6 months later on 3/2024, I was approved at 50% Disability by the V.A. I am very grateful for the invaluable assistance...read full review
