“I am happy that I have returned to MyEyeDr. at the Mequon location. Several years ago I left, as there was a huge change in staff with less than a desire to service their customers. It was very disappointing. It is evident that their now General Manager Jackiee has a passion for this profession and a fabulous pulse on the importance of customer service! Dr. LeGate was thorough with her eye exam and she took the time to talk through my eye health with me. It was a wonderful experience... The gallery of frames is amazing...the staff is wonderful and very patient. Thank you to everyone!!!“

I took my 91 year-old mom to her appointment and sat in with her while Dr. Walter examined her and explained everything along the way in a patient, simple way that was easy to understand. It was like having your best friend doing your eye exam. He was professional and polite and spent a lot of time with us making sure that the exam was thorough and everything was addressed. My mom has been going to him for 30 years and I feel like he did the best job I have ever seen from an eye doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Walters!“

As an independent local business it’s a great place to take your business. Not just because of the low prices on authentic designer frames—their customer service is legendary!

True story: 8 years ago my car was stolen with my purse in it. The thieves came into Quality looking to order replacement lenses for my glasses (because they were *that* cool). Penny recognized my frames, checked the rx, and confirmed they were mine. She then proceeded to offer the villains another frame— on her!—in order to get my glasses back to their rightful owner.

You don’t find that at Target’s optical counter.
