“I have always liked being cared for at Ophthalmology Associates, until this past year. They still offer quality care, and the people are usually friendly. In the past, however, they were very friendly. Dr. Detsch was great, and she's moved out of state and we miss her. That's not OAssociates fault, I realize that. And I don't think they've been able to replace her, what with the labor shortage all over. So maybe that leaves everyone else stressed out. I can understand that. My real problem is with the billing department, for my catararact surgery last spring. After many phone calls to my insurance company, and to various and very nice billing people, its still not resolved. Hence the four star rating.“
