“Friday, August 4 and our AC stopped working during the night. Was 77° downstairs and 75° upstairs when we got up this morning and we normally keep it in the 70 to 72° range. Thank you so much Modern Heating and cooling for getting someone out here so quickly And finding the repair was not major and getting it done fast by a knowledgeable technician who is also very friendly. So many advantages for using this company, they are not located very far from us, every bit of Heating and cooling, maintenance or equipment replacement we've ever had to get done in the 23 years we've lived here has been done by Modern Heating and cooling.
