The engineer, Steve, is very professional. He arrived on time and did a careful evaluation. The suggestions he provided were so valuable. Although the company cannot solve the complicated problem caused by metal shingle, which is rare on the current market, I do appreciate Steve’s guide to find the right company to help. “Great costumer service from the moment they reached out, taking pictures with the drone, explaining what I previously knew, the scope of work. Honest, straight forward, they have different levels you can spent, very professional, set up nicely, brought their own Porta potty, for some reason that impressed me, I’m sure it’s common but I was impressed. Did the work, took couple days, came when they said they would, cleaned up, they are supposed to come back in couple days to do another round of clean up which I know they will, very professional, I highly recommend.“
