“I was in need of an complete tear down of my old, cedar shake siding (and another layer underneath), the addition of insulation, re-siding with Hardie Board and a full paint job. In addition, I needed a new ceiling and floor installed on my covered back porch. This was a big job and while Revex didn't give me the cheapest bid, it was a fair one. Francisco was very responsive to all my texts and emails and Isidro was on site a lot and available to talk with me about my concerns. The guys who did the heavy lifting were great and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. And Jorge who did the painting was very meticulous. As they say, you get what you pay for and I got a beautiful new home. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. “Synapse did the siding and window installation on a three townhouse building back in 2019. I was very pleased with the service at the time, but even more impressed when I noticed that the hardi trim was bowing out. I hired a carpenter to repair one of them and he pointed out that the fasteners that were used were not the ones recommended. I called Synapse and they came to take a look and clarified that the fasteners that were used were the ones recommended in 2019, but the manufacturer had since changed the spec to require a fastener/screw with a head on it. While Synapse did not have any obligation to come and put additional fasteners with heads on, they did so without charge. I see this kind of response as what true professional companies do and I would recommend Synapse to anyone. I would have recommended them before this problem, but their response to the problem makes them a 10 star company in my experience.“

“Had a leaky roof was worried about costs. These guys came out and found expired sealant on a cable tie to my roof. Instead of just re-sealing they installed new sealant plus flashing around tie off to direct water away. It looks clean and professional. A few short hours and the leak is fixed, and at a far more affordable amount than I had feared. Great work.“
