“Synergy was one of four bidders for our new comp roof, which replaced our 28-year-old cedar shakes. Initial architectural-style roof-only pricing among all four bidders was close, but Synergy was able to not only sheet and install the roof, but also replace the gutters, replace two skylights and install a new Solartube at a much more aggressive price and start work within days of the bid. The team worked hard to have it all finished within three long days plus half of day four. Each evening Nathan was onsite supervising a very thorough cleanup. All last minute details were resolved quickly and we are very pleased with the roof, Sabel, Nathan and the Synergy team. (Tip: If you are replacing cedar shakes, put down tarps or plastic in your attic to catch debris.)“

“There were problems with our 21 year old shake roof. I was referred to Stout Roofing by a neighbor, and called them in late afternoon on a Thursday. By Monday roof materials were delivered, and they started work. It was a big job on a large tri-level roof. It wasn’t only the comp material I changed to, but a complete plywood underlay needed to be installed 1st. They were finished in 2-1/2 days, for a much lower price than competitors. The roof is beautiful. Amanda in the office and Jake, the owner, are wonderful to work with. Outstanding communication. Stout Roofing is obviously highly recommended. “Great costumer service from the moment they reached out, taking pictures with the drone, explaining what I previously knew, the scope of work. Honest, straight forward, they have different levels you can spent, very professional, set up nicely, brought their own Porta potty, for some reason that impressed me, I’m sure it’s common but I was impressed. Did the work, took couple days, came when they said they would, cleaned up, they are supposed to come back in couple days to do another round of clean up which I know they will, very professional, I highly recommend.“
