“I honestly will never call anyone else. McCleary installed our new furnace and a tankless water heater last year. They were exceptional and reasonably priced and efficient. This winter we've been dealing with a frozen pipe and haven't had any hot water. We were having trouble locating the frozen pipe so we called McCleary. Michael came by same day, which I'm sure they were super busy with the whole city dealing with busted pipes. He located the frozen pipe and got us set up for success in order to thaw and get back to working order. He called the next day to check if we had hot water. And they didn't even charge us. I moved back to Spokane after having lived in California for years and I didn't know this kind of customer service and kindness still existed. Please use McCleary they are the best. Hands down.“

“I cannot give Home Comfort Services anything less than a 5 star review. I had to have our heat pump and furnace replaced which was an expense I was not anticipating. I requested bids from 3 companies in addition to Home Comfort Services. Home Comfort was the lowest bid of the 3 I receive ( one company didn't bother to respond.). The owner and office staff were very helpful in walking me through the process of obtaining a 5% energy loan through PSCCU keeping in contact each step of the way. As soon as the loan was approved they were out the next day with the equipment. It was installed in two days and we are enjoying the AC in this 90+ heat.We have used Home Comfort Services for maintenance of our system for a few years now and have always enjoyed prompt, professional, and friendly service. I will recommend them to anyone.“

“This May, we had Advanced Mechanical Systems install a Cassette Mini-Split system in our second story to address a terrible heat problem. We had dealt with these issues for years with window AC units, and portable air conditioners with mediocre results. One of AMS's competitors had come out a year earlier to provide an estimate for mini-splits, and told us it was "impossible". Trevor and Jesse came out to do an estimate, and said that while a thru-wall mini-split system would be impractical in our situation, a cassette system that mounted in the ceilings would work great for us. They were absolutely correct! For the first time in years, we have a comfortably cool upstairs. My wife an I are delighted with the result, and couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service we received. Trevor, Jesse, and crew were skilled, timely, punctual, and worked hard to produce an exceptional work product for us. They communicated extremely well, and took great care to protect our house and furnishings. We will be using them later this year to replace our legacy condensing unit with a much more efficient heat pump. If you are looking for exceptional quality workmanship and customer service, you can't go wrong with these folks. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!“

“I have no idea why the reviews are so low for J&J's currently. They just installed a refrigerator and double oven for me today and the guys were very qualified and respectful. They were on time and finished the job efficiently, taking out the old appliances and all the packaging that came with the new pieces. I am waiting on a couple of additional appliances and I’m happy to know that the guys will be coming back to complete the remainder of the work.“

“This is the second time we've used Air Control and have great experiences in both instances. One was for a furnace issue and the latest was for an air conditioner repair. Heading into the hottest month of the year, I didn't have high hopes for quick service but the Air Control team was able to dispatch a technician and had the issues resolved the same day.
